Experience
I
know your concerns and I'm here to help! My family has moved 5 times
in 8 years, 2 being interstate moves from Texas to California, then
from California to North Carolina. So, I know how to handle all the
joy and pressure simultaneously to simplify your move! I am here to
take the burdens and give you all the joys of moving to a new home.
I have prior experience managing a small office of 20 engineers, which
helped me become organized and efficient in my daily routine. Also,
managing 20 engineers is no small task! So, my management skills were
tried and prevailed to show that I had what it took to negotiate down
to the smallest detail. This will help in your transaction to negotiate
the best price, terms and provisions to your satisfaction and we will
have fun along the way.
Having been a stay-at-home mom for 5 years I figure, “If I can
manage my kids, husband, 3 cats, a hamster, fish, cleaning the house,
laundry, all the bills and whatever else sprung up while having a
104' fever, surely I can manage a real estate transaction.”
And, as I came to find out, there are a lot of headaches that can
go into buying or selling a home and my goal is to relieve you of
those pains, and have you enjoy the process and look forward to a
great journey to your new home. Think of me as your Ibuprofen for
real estate.
A great talent I have is knowing the school system. Having kids going
through preschool to elementary now, I researched several (if not
all) of the preschools and literally ALL of the elementary schools
in Wake County to find the one best suited for my children. I am grateful
for having learned all this information on the schools and hope to
share it with you if schools are a concern for your family.
