In addition to networking among other top producers and staying on top of the latest market trends. I am recognized as an industry expert and the “go to” person for leading-edge marketing strategies and consistently set new standards for real estate advertising and sales in my marketplace. Consequently, I am regularly sought after for expert information and evolving trends in local real estate.
I have lived in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina for more than eight years and my family and I consider it our home. During that time I’ve bought and sold many homes for local residents and people wanting to transfer.
I've been trained at one of the premier real estate schools in North Carolina and trained with one of the highest ranked realtors in the nation. In addition to that, I am and continue to be a top producer in the top 20 of my market center in sales for multiple years and have received many awards for customer service and sales quotas.
But what I truly excel at is my professionalism, my keen understanding of our local market (in the Triangle) and my ability to find buyers and match them with sellers. I have great success because I know the areas, the school systems, the communities, and the people. I treat each client’s wishes and concerns as my own and pride myself as being a trusted advisor and a friend that all of my clients quickly gain confidence in after just our first meeting.
I also have a unique marketing perspective that other realtor’s lack, because my husband is a tested marketing communications professional with more than two-dozen prestigious awards under his belt. Combined, we provide customers with precise targeted marketing utilizing time-tested marketing and mixing it with the latest technology in social networking. This allows me to offer unmatched service to my clients, providing a span of marketing materials that is simply unavailable to local realtors in this, or other areas.
In addition, I offer my experience with nationwide relocations, because my family and I have moved all over the U.S. and we’ve had to quickly learn the most efficient ways to find good neighborhoods, good schools and good neighbors.
Thinking outside the box through creativity gives me a unique perspective to do more for my clients, doing my homework, understanding building practices, codes, closures and impending builds and combining that with honesty and ethical integrity allows me to offer the best advice when pricing a home for sale, or when aiding in the purchase of a new home. Because an informed client makes a better decision and is ultimately happier in the end.
